I am awaiting 2 parcels from abroad. Senders post office track and trace system shows that the items have reached South Africa on 9th May 2013. Since then I am trying to reach the customer care over phone and email. I have called many times and either I am kept on hold or no one bothers to answer. I sent couple of mails to SAPO customer service mail address and no response. Not even an acknowledgement of mail. Do you have a proper customer support staff or normal employees volunteer to provide customer support whenever they feel like it?
May I know the status of RU151467510GB and RG191537505DE if it is not too much to ask? Thanks much. Take care.
