I posted a parcel on 2013/04/30 to Kilnerpark in Pretoria (PE717312528ZA) and another parcel on 2013/05/02 to Glenvista (PE717312253ZA). According to your track and trace online, PE717312528ZA has been at the Tshwane hub since 2013/05/04 and PE717312253ZA has been at the Witspos hub since 2013/05/02.
I have attempted phoning (whereby I can't reach an agent) and e-mailing (to which I get no response).
The customer service avenues are not working, so I'm now officially complaining.
It has been over 11 days, and these parcels are still waiting at hubs. What is going on?
