Ulbs do not light anymore

Hi I have been addressing numerous complaints to Eurolux iro faulty pin bulbs just unpacked the
base is loose (where the pin globe connects to the holder of the fitting, my first mail was on or about
14.02.13, its a long time to get this petty faulty production item rectified, are the products failing to meet with the standards??? pls the responding person must provide the mail address.i have been in contact with
