Missing Parcels to Australia

I sent 4x Parcels to Australia via the Ferndale Post Office on the 11 February 2013. Tracking numbers.
CN 019 327 968 ZA; CN 019 328 005 ZA; CN 019 327 971 ZA and CN 019 328 019ZA International Surface Mail.

After several phone calls over the past two months I was told to tell my daughters that they must track the parcels from customer care in Australia which they have tried to no avail.

Was told by Marcia this morning that the parcels have not reached Australia and she would track today and revert back to me. I am still waiting for a response regarding these four parcels.

When I dialed the 011 961 6006 the telephone was put down in my ear after it rang for ages.
