Non delivery and no feedback

Posted an article via registered mail the 08/05/2013 in the Ottery post office. Track and trace website shows last status as in transit (Tshwane hub) date 12/05/2013. It is now the 10th of June. What is happening? I have mailed the post office customer service twice already, but no one responds. This is completely unacceptable!!
