I have been trying to get information from the Johannesburg International Mail Centre for the past 3 days. The tracking number is RU309853004GB.
I have tracked the parcel on line from Royal Mail and it was delivered to South Africa on 20/10/2013 at the JHB Internation Mail Centre. My post office does not have the parcel and I have tried calling all the numbers on the EMS Africa and SAPO site (Johannesburg International Mail Centre) 011961 xxxx for over 20 times in the last 3 days. The phone just rings endlessly with no one answering. I have tried Option 1 customer service and Option 3 hold for an agent and there is no answer.
This is just ridiculous as i am awaiting delivery and cannot even get ahold of anyone to find out from. It took such a short time to arrive from the UK, but on our end it seems to be an absolute nightmare. I timed the parcel to arrive for my brothers birthday, and am so dissapointed in the SAPO service delivery.
