I recently send a parcel off overseas, but i can not find it where my parcel is at this very moment. RJ027005973ZA.

How is it, why is it that we pay for a service but do not get any service in return. Maybe it is time for the ombudsman to intervene. This can not go on like it is going now.

Where is my parcel now PLEASE??
