Held accountable for treatment not quoted fo

Good day. on 29/04/2013 i called the health spa at suncoast casino and made a booking with terri. as it was my first time going to a spa, i queried the different types of treatment. during the call, i advised her that i had x2 vouchers of R500 each. once the treatment was discussed, i advised her i will be booking for 2 for the treatment that cost R550 each and will have a difference of R100 to pay in cash. on arrival at the spa, i understood that we were going to have the treatment for R550, at the end of the treatment, when given the bill, instead of having a balance of R100 to settle, i was given a balance of R1090 to settle. when i enquired as to why, they advised me that 2 treatments were booked. i told them i was not aware of that as i only wanted the treatment for R550. the spa supervisor and magangement contacted the lady terri that the booking was made with and she confirmed that she only gave me the price of the R550 treatment and not the cost of the additional treatment.today they call and tell me i need to pay the diff. i feel it is unfair of them to hold me liable for this treatment i was not made aware of. please assist in resolution. their contact dtls are 0313147800
