Hi, I am so disappointed and angry! I am a breast cancer patient and require 3 monthly checkups and treatment (bone drip - bondronat). I live in Knysna, but am having my treatment in Durban under a Professor as my cancer was stage 3. I booked my flights in January (PE to Durban) for my March treatment/checkup and unfortunately my Prof has been called away next week so I have to change my return flight from the Sunday till the Wednesday. I was seeing him and having my treatment on the 7th now only on the 12th! This has occured in the past and Kulula have kindly given me a refund voucher to use on/towards a subsequent booking. Now they tell me this isn't allowed and I must pay a change fee! I have told them I will get a letter from the Professor's rooms, but to no avail! I think my custom must go else where! I have used your airline during my treatment over the past 18 months! I flew every 3 weeks for my chemo etc etc. One very dissatified passenger!!
