We took up a "special offer" at Bakwena spa the weekend after Valentine's Day. It was easy to get a booking... we managed to only book the day before. The spa was struck by lightening the night before and they did not have electricity. This did not make any difference to the level of treatment that we received - it was fantastic. The staff were happy, kind and there to help us to relax. We received a complementary treatment due to the lack of electricity... though it was not necessary. They catered for our dietary needs and made the day an absolute pleasure!
