I took my Boots in for new soles and was told it would be R250 . My mom collected the boots 2 weeks later and never checked it the way I would have. When I got my boots back the sole was fixed but there was lots of broken patches on the top half of the boot and the side lining where the sole was glued on came loose just by me fiting it on and walking to get the feel of the sole. I took it back two days later when I was able to get a hour off work and was assured the manager will call me. Two weeks later and no response then I went back to Tokai and was told to wait 30 mins for the manager who was on her way to the shop. After 30 mins I was told she is no longer coming but would call me. Its now been another 2 weeks and still no call. I refuse to go back in to waste my time again and it is winter and I need my boots and for R250 I paid them I could have bought new boots by now. I told the lady they could keep the soles and the boots they broke and just give my money back as its pointless I have new soles and the top of the boot is totally spoilt now. They gave me such bad service the 2 times I was there and I would like an immediate response from the manager of Tokai branch
