I I joined a team about 4 months ago, I have been vey disappointed with the service I received, the main reason I started avon was to make money and have an easy way to buy the products I needed, the first thing that happened was I was charged for shorted which I understand, 2nd month they send me the item but I get charged again!! I spoke to m sales manager and she said I should sign a page to get the money back, I asked if she could email or fax the page I would sign n return it. She insisted we meet. I then figured that the 75 rand was far less then the effort or the money I would spend to meet. I continued to pay the amounts texted to me. My sales leader would always say I paid short and I would show her the text ans she released the order. Now I get told I owe them 50 rand!! Like what the!!?? She then it we should meet which like I said would cost me more then the r50 . I let that go to, last month I ordered the perfume special where u get the purse spray and lotion free. Once again I was nt sent the purse spray and I was charged. I'm nt placing another order I want the items but they refusing to refund the money or send the items!! What do I tel the cust???
