I'm really not happy with the service I have received from Avon lately. With my previous order they shorted a product and then billed me for it! My client had to go without a birthday gift until I could replace the product- with my next order. I received another order today but again 2 items (that were part of a special) were listed as 'sold out' without them even notifying me beforehand. On the website (before checkout) it showed that all these items on special were in fact 'available'. I'm going to have to go to my client tomorrow and offer her only half of the order she placed- how humiliating! Also, I ordered and was billed for, a nude foundation but they sent me a different colour foundation instead! This will cost me to send this back, request for a credit and my client will have to wait for me to place a new order before she can get her product! Meanwhile I have to carry the costs. I also have to wait ages for my credits to be done- I sent an item back SIX WEEKS ago and the credit has STILL not been processed and now have about six products waiting to be credited. I constantly have to apologise for Avon and it's really becoming an embarrassment to deal with them!
