Avon has over and over proven to me that they are bad at keeping representatives and customers loyal. I have placed an order roughly 2 months ago and in the offer I was suppose to get a free nail brush, that did not come I had reported this to me sales leader and she did what she had too. Never the less I again placed an order a weeks after, when the package arrived a product was missing and another product leaked in the box. I had reported this and my sales leader again done what she had too. She also filled out a form for those goods and advised me that it will arrive with my next order. I followed up everyday and nothing I even called the call centre and still nothing, I decided to contact the Zone manager and she told me that either myself or sales leader must call to sort out the matter. Even tough just this past monday I placed an order thinking I am going to get my products I was actually told that I will not get it, only in the next order. I have waited for almost 2 months Im fed up I have people waiting for their products. I make so much money for you and this is how you treat your rep. i want the products I'm done with avon.
