I made an order Tuesday it was over my credit limit, so it said held it credit queue. I wanted to pay in but was unsure of what to pay as I received no sms to tell me, I asked my Sales leader who said I should wait a bit for a invoice I waited and nothing. So my Sales leader contacted you who said they wont invoice till I pay the difference, only then did I get a sms to say i needed to pay in. I payed then they invoiced me this morning, now there are shorted items and disappointed customers as the stuff they ordered are Christmas gifts. Are you not suppose to have in stock? What happens to those shorted items?
