I am an Avon representative and I'm very worried about the service to us the reps. Sometimes I get invoiced for certain goods and they are not packed and some times I order and the quantity ordered is short or I receive other products in the place of an product that I ordered. It's such a hassel to query because it takes time to fix as I would have to go to my Sales leader with my invoice, return book and products. Which is then signed by myself and sales leader and then the sales leader still needs to take it to another person to sign before sending to avon and then processing the credit back to my Avon account also takes time. So what I do now is just write off amounts from my commission and order additional items and this is not fair.

My main concern is Avon is servicing us Reps and we are servicing our customers which are buying products from us. Avon should make sure that the packers are packing the correct products and quantity and be checked by a checker before sending to us. This is impacting on our service that we are delivering to our clients. We are all working hand in hand
