I joined avon 2years ago as representative, last year 2013 they offered me to became a sales leader recruiting people and they said i will get commision. i started in Sep and Oct. Since thjen i have never got my commision they lie. I was told my team sales must above R6.500 per campaign and for Nov and Dec it was more than that. but to my surpise i have never been paid. Its very bad because they use to spend time recruiting for them money that you spend calling people and money to travel to see the agents but they just dont care. I have spend so much time and money only to be told i dont qualify for commision after my team has more than R18000.00 sales and to be punished because they did not have 90% of the stock in Dec. I am so upset with avon they are making money but they dont want to honor what they said they will do. I need my commison this is, to make someone work and not pay them. I dont think its is ok to use other people. Please i beg this must me fixed its not right.
