Am so overwhelmed with how i have been treated by Avon! joined last year by filling in application on website, i waited 4 weeks until one day an sms came through "congragulations you have been approved as a cash representative by avon" and it was from my "team leader"- who happens to be a male fair enough i started selling avon i got my training via the website even my order i do via internet channel. Like any other sales representative i would come across challenges- ordering and products arriving late, sometimes products shorted much to the customers DELIGHT but still i didnt falter on my journey since i love selling this product. Now come January i want to take my growth to the next level- be a sales leader, i contacted this "male sales leader" of mine via his phone and email and a lady is ALWAYS answering his phone- i ended up calling Zone manager and she has NO IDEA who my sales leader is and they have NEVER MET. whats going on here? fine ZM made me write a letter to be transferred to a sales leadersince i was not comfortablewith a SL that doesnt careand have no relationship with and i explained to her i want to be a Leader-that was FEBRUARY and its months later still nothing!
