Orders delivered, missing items being charged for

I qualified for the Presidents club. I sold more than R120 000 worth of Avon last year. I had a issue today. I received 3 boxes of Avon today. When I checked the boxes I realized that items were missing to the value of almost R1000.00. On the invoice I noticed that the boxes were marked 2 of 3 and 3 of 3. Avon stated that both boxes 1 and 2 were combined. That was not the case and alot of items is missing and must be in box 1. Box 1 of 3 is missing. I contacted Avon call centre and they said they can re capture the order but I must pay for the missing items until a credit note is submitted via the sales leader with the zone leader signature. our sales leader is helpfull but not the zone manager They will rectify and credit me in time. I refused. A lady Leigh Anne helped and she said my sales leader must obtain the signature of zone manager and then forward the credit note to Leigh Anne to credit my account. I need the missing items urgently. Items missing 22748 x 1, 67663 x 4, 11879 x 4, 70319 x 1, 82712 x2, 73017 x2. Sent e mail for items to be re captured tonight. Once before I waited 2 and a half months to be credited. Missing items is on invoice but not on checklist of Avon.
