Once again I am being bombarded by emails from VVM...(who sends emails at 1am?) I am not in SA and cannot call 086/087 etc. numbers. I have responded to emails using address on their website and I have had no repsonse. I have been emailing their client since January and also no repsonse from them. Called their client in Dec while on holiday in SA and waited for promised email. Still no email from client and no response from them since. I am not in the wrong and would like VVM to sort this out with their client. I am tired of being sent emails and the amount keeps going up! I have even forwarded emails from me to the client to VVM. Why do we always have to post on this site to get a response from VVM? Also, who gives VVM the right to tell me that I am clearly in the wrong because I dont log into their web portal? I refuse to do so as I am not in the wrong. The SABC does not respond to emails sent to their "contact us" email address and then they hand you over to VVM!
