I called these guys to update the email add because they were sending statements to the wrong email adress which is a client email address. Now they keep sending the emails to that address i dont know if its the system or what but at least the should upate and stop sending to client's email address because they are now frustrated. Honestly i dont know what to do anymore. Is it so difficult to update an email address to put mine instead of a client's. Please fix this because its ruining relationships. Its not fair anymore.
