Inexcusable Customer Service

Good day

I have been receiving notifications that failure to pay TV licence will force SABC to hand my account over to Debt collection services. From the 29.08.2013 I have been contacting SABC via Telephone & email. I have received Read receipts for all emails sent yet each time i contacted customer service I either got the feedback that it wasnt there job or that they couldnt see that particular email that I have sent.

I had to provide my marriage certificate to have an additional licence cancelled. When asked why? I was told that if you are older than 18 you need a licence even if there is another licence already for that address.

Staff are unfriendly and arrogant. Why have a email address if nobody replies? I have had to make numerous phone calls to SABC which constantly has a high influx of callers resulting in the waiting period being 5 mins before a consultant attends to your call.
Positive is that today I called and spoke to Reagan who was willing to try and assist as he once again advised that he cannot see the emails i have sent.. I resent the email to another email and subsequently I got feedback from the initial email advising that it has been cancelled.
