NOT EVEN A CLIENT, YET ABSA IS EMAILING ME NON-STOP

I am not even a client of ABSA's, yet they have been emailing me on a daily basis (with a few emails per day) for the last few days now. The emails state: "Our system detected an unusual IP address making series of
incorrect attempts with your user number and we have therefore temporarily de-authorized your online access." Come on - seriously!!?? If I am getting these emails and I am NOT even a client of theirs, what does this say about their DATABASE? I am not even going to mention their correspondence with their EXISTING clients? The worst of all is, I cannot reply to that email address as it states that emails sent to that address will not be delivered. So what am I to do about the fact that my Inbox is being filled up to the MAXIMUM each day? I REFUSE TO WASTE MY AIRTIME TO PHONE ABSA REGARDING A PROBLEM THAT IS THEIR FAULT!! I expect a formal apology and demand to know where exactly they get my personal email address from?
