I received mail from VVM about an account that was opened at Homechoice in my name. I there after gave the VVM office a call and asked them to resolve the matter. I sent an email stating the issue and provided a affidavit which was requested by them. I was told the issue would be resolved within that week yet a month later nothing has been done and I still get mails telling me to pay and more recently that I will be blacklisted.
I am really not impressed with the service and urgency shown by the VVM team. This is people's lives they dealing with. POOR service!!!
