I have sent you a complaint previously about how I ended paying over R5000 on a R4000 debt. I was told I had to pay the last R1093 the wanted and that will be it. Account closed. Even got an e-mail saying account is frozen because of my complaints. This was what, 2 weeks ago...
I wrote to Hellopeter about this, saying I can't wait to see when they call again...
Amazingly, yesterday, I get a phone call, so did my husband, that we now owe them R800 odd. How do they get away with this?? I see all these complaints about them, even a " Ban MBD" Facebook page, yet they continue functioning, harassing people and in my opinion taking money of other "suckers" out there.
