We left IS about six months ago, on good terms. We cancelled the internet service they offered and a fax to email line. We have asked IS more than 30 times to stop sending emails and statements for fax to us. We have been issued many reference numbers for these requests. We have been advised by IS to go onto their client zone to remove the email. Not being an IS client doesn't give us the privilege to do this. The emails at midnight have not stopped. We don't owe them any money. Is this standard practice? This is effectively harassment and there's no unsubscribe link on the emails they send us.
