Complete lack of service delaivery

Since the beginning of January despite numerous emails to client services and the dental department, many phonecalls to client services, many consultant's names and call reference numbers. I have as yet not received a single response regarding my query. In my emails I have queried why my account had not been debited as usual on 5th of January, I have communicated about the malfunctioning of Resolution Health's website and I have requested a list of dentists who are network providers as I cannot access one on the website and I have not received a single response. Last week in the end I demanded to speak to a supervisor at client services and after I 'd explained my frustrations to him and complained that client services never responds to emails and that the consultants contacted by phone also failed to deliver on their word to asssist me he responded " I couldn't agree more" He then offered "to go out on a limb for me just this once" and get someone from the dental department to call me regarding the list of dentists, which he did and I was contacted but the person said that they needed to phone me back in 10 minutes, he never did even after I called him and left a detailed message.
