I had an account with Edgards that was handed over to VVM however I made an arrangement to pay them in September 2013 and was offered a 20% discount when I settled the account. The payment went through but the discount was not activated but I was told by different agents that the allocations will be done and my name will be cleared from ITC then get a clearance letter within 30 days.
I made a follow up with them again to check if the matter was sorted but it was not, I spoke Janine Team Leader who assured me that she will log a case but have not heard from her since. I have been sending her emails but am not getting feedback.
All I want is to get my name cleared from ITC and get a clearance letter, this has tarnished my name because I am unable to apply for a decent job or home loan. I am very unhappy because I have given them ample to resolve my query, it seems like they do not care about the customers. What kind of practice are they running since they are 'LAWYERS'
