VVM Making illegal payment arrangements

I've been receiving payment reminder emails from VVM recently, I have not agreed to this arrangement.
I believe it is against the act to make payment arrangements without the debtor's consent.

I received an sms from your offices, offering 20% settlement discount.
I made contact and requested the offer on email. I received 20 emails, not one stating the 20% discount.
I have been in contact with your call centre a number of times, always stating that I will settle with 20% discount as offered.
Please refer to your voice recordings for reference, I never agreed to an arrangement other than 20% discount settlement.

I want to settle this account, and the 20% is a fair offer, otherwise I will have to consider different means, meaning:
I believe, if you did not make the illegal payment arrangement, this account would have been retracted from vvm, sent to another agency, and I get 20% discount there.
So, either close the account on your side for re-distribution, or send me an offer on email.
