Foschini handed me over to lawyers years back and even though I had paid them their money, I had to make arrangements with their lawyers. For years I had no money because I wasnt working. And this year, my cousin decided that she will pay the account for me. Called the VERICRED Foschini Group Lawyers and made arrangements. We therefore paid the account as requested and also paid the money for the clearance letter separately. Now that thats been done, we called them to ask for the letter, they come back and say we have to pay them R400 extra... like it was an oopsy. I am certainly sure that these Lawyers to people. I am actually going to get their name so I can expose them properly. They about making payment arrangements. They want you to pay and once you have, they refuse to give you the clearance letter. I mean how cruel can they be? They are doing some work here. And I called Foschini customer service and they blalantly told me, the LAWYERS ARE RIGHT??? Really? I am glad I decided to close the account. We are being taken for a ride. Now I see what my friend said about the Group as a whole... They are making money out of us poor people. I am DISSAPOINTED.
