My RCS account was handed over to Pienaar Sithole & Associates. On 19 September I settled the outstanding amount, and sent proof of payment to Chicky P. He then told me that I will get the paid up letter as soon as the payment reflects on their side, which should have reflected same time because we both use FNB. I had to wait for another 2 weeks to get the paid up letter, which was e-mailed to me on 9 October, and on the letter they said that with the Credit Beraux in 21 day... 15 days later my name is not cleared, and I have been declined a home loan because of all this..
So I called RCS, and they told me I was supposed to send the paid up letter to them, why on earth did anyone not bother telling me all this? Going forward I think you will have to notify people that its their responsibility to send the letter to RCS...
