I just ask, how difficult is it to respond to a simple email which is sent straight to your email address? Obviously it proves very difficult fo Jolene.
I initially called in to the call centre yestrday after havin emailing and faxing ( [Email Removed] and 086-570-6136) my bank statement for a refund due to me as Landau decided to debit my salary even though I had paid them off. I got through to Jolene who was than interested to assist but she advised that they had not received the email and the fax and gave her email address to send the statement to. This afternoon I sent the statement. To [Email Removed] and kindly asked that she acknowledge receipt and confirmation (as advised by Jolene that the refund would be processed and paid on Friday tomorrow). I. Called in to the called centre bou ran out of airtime as I wasking for Jolene which confirms your offices were still open but to this minute still no response to say my email was received.
All I ask is that my refund be processed and paid tomorrow, no stories as I did as I was requested and since Jolene did not respond I take it she received it.
