2 weeks ago, i contacted Bruwer inc, with regards to my account that has been paid.. i asked them for a paid up letter.. they advised that they cannot give me that letter until the creditor has confirmed all payments.. it has been 2 weeks already, i sent emails & even called & i am not getting anywhere.. i contacted the creditor & they advised that they are waiting for the lawyers all payments.. i keep getting the run around, all i want is for my name to be cleared, but it seems to be a mission..their service is bad, all payments have been made almost a year back & still my name is not cleared.. even after making contact with them, i'm still not getting any proper feedback. the lady that was apparently handling my query is Itumeleng, who has not even bothered to keep posted with regards to my request & doesn't even respond to my emails.
