My capitec loan was handed over to andrie van der walt att which I signed a debit order with them for R1000pm but I made an offer to them and Capitec of R40, 000.00 which was accepted an paid before end of November 2013. Before the money was paid over I requested them to forward me proof that the debit order will be cancelled and they would forward me the paid up letter as soon as possible which Therina assured me I will receive the letter as soon as the payment reflects in their acc and the will them immediately cancel my debit order, it took me 2 weeks to get the paid up letter and at the end requested it myself from Capitec, now on the 20th of Dec my acc was again debited for R1000 which is unacceptable and I need a refund as soon as possible I've also tried calling the att the phones is just ringing
