I took a loan at Capitec bank (kempton park) in 2011 but could not pay it off because my contract was not renewed where i was working. I then payed off my capitec bank loan through Vertex solutions and have received a paid up letter from capitec bank on the 24th of june 2013 and they informed me via email that my bureau status has been updated. I then called transunion to find out of my credit status and to my surprise they told me that i have a judgement because of my capitec bank loan. They (transunion) told me that Andre van der Walt attorneys are the ones that have put in that judgement. I called capitec bank to find out why i have a judgement because i settled my account through Vertex solutions and i have no idea of whats going on with Andre van der Walt attorneys and why they did not inform me of such an act, then whoever i spoke too at capitec said i must sort it out with andre van der walt attorneys and they provided me with their contact numbers. I then called van der walt attorneys (their personnel is rude and not cooperative) they said they do not put judgements to their clients as well and i must sort it out with capitec bank. Who must sort this out now, please help.
