Debit order reversals

I went to the branch to get my debit order reversed as I paid cash and was told to get a letter from the place stating why they debited me. I informed the branches that the place that debited me said they will not debit me this month, I told the branches that I need my money as I have paid cash. They said theres nothing they can do to help me. I said so If some one gets ahold my details and debits me, theres nothing I can do because they will not reverse it. I then asked if They are all governed by the banking rules as Other banks do the reversals without all this fuss. To my amazement, Capitec says they have their own rules. Im extremely angry at the the fact that I have paid cash for this and now been debited and now have to go through all the trouble to get my money back, From my account, And my Bank telling me I cant do anything. Totally Unacceptable
