My MTN Cellphone contract is R200pm, my direct debit order stopped going out of my bank account, for a few months, and suddenly I received a letter from MBD telling me that I have to pay R9200 for my MTN account!! I am 5months behind with my account, my MTN cellphone account is R200pm, if you added that up over 24 months, that's not R9200!! I phoned MTN asking them what is the amount to pay, they told me it is R2900 and NOT R9200! I've received letters telling me that I have to call them and pay or they will come to my house and collect (who say that??) but I tried to call them, I have spend so much money on airtime just to get a response, I have send at least 10 emails to 3 different people from MBD that they stated on their webside, but I have NOT received any response back. I work 6 days a week, from 7 to 7, I cannot make any phone calls during that time, so the only way to contact them is via email, I need to know where do they get the R9200 from???
