I have a Miladys acc which was handed over to MBD Attorneys, ive been paying this account every month yet i receive calls, sms or email reminders of failed payments. This is getting out of hand as i owed R1700 on this account and monthly payment of R200.I contacted Paramani today to ask why is it that i pay every month yet the balance owed increase instead of decreasing. To my astonishment i am actually paying nothing on my account. So Paramani explains for every call they make to me its R27.00.Interest on the account is more then R200.so if i pay R200pm minus minimum 5 calls per day (R135) Interest of R200 minimum in reality im giving MBD money instead of paying towards my account.
If i pay my account every month why do you stil call me? You speak to me for less then 2 minutes but it cost you R27 (Erroneous amount). To top it all if i pay my account why still charge such huge interest on the account? I never asked to be called as i pay my account monthly yet you feel the need to contact me to either tell me i failed on payment (which was paid) or thanking me for payment (Making R27.00 out of me).
Please stop calling me as im paying the account no need to thank me. Ill settle acc asap.
