Maybe at MUNNIK BASSON & DAGAMA the lights are on but to speak of any customer service will be a blatant lie. Did ask for an outstanding balance via there website and yet again the firm did not surprise me at all due to the fact that I'm still in the dark. How hard can it be to give the customer what he or she did request.
It is a customers right to receive statement once a month and/or when requested. Maybe all of this is a delay tactic from MUNNIK BASSON & DAGAMA side to milk more money out of customers so they can just keep on paying.
All the firm do if and when they do receive a complaint is to respond with a standard message and there it stops.
