SHOCKING WAY TO TREAT A LOYAL CLIENT

After being retrenched a while ago I fell behind on my bond payments, I got a new job and rented my house out in an effort to pay back my bond arrears as quickly and efficiently as possible, I got a phone call 2 months ago from FNB's attorneys saying that FNB is going to auction my house if I don't settle the arrears, I made a substantial contribution and sent an email to FNB's attorneys (as they requested) telling them how I will pay the rest of the arrears, I HAVE KEPT TO EVERY PROMISE MADE IN THE EMAIL AND HAD NOT HEARD ANYTHING FROM FNB OR THEIR ATTORNEYS SINCE. I then received an sms from an outsider company who is obviously getting leads from someone at FNB or Hammond Pole (FNB's legal representatives) telling me my house was on auction next week and I can pay this company to cancel the auction, (NOT A WORD FROM FNB OR THEIR ATTORNEYS) Hammond Pole forgot to send FNB my arrangement agreement and now FNB has rejected it. My house is now being auctioned next week even though now there is only R11 000 outstanding on my bond and I have been making regular additional payments. Not to mention more than R20 000 of FNB's legal fees which were ILLEGALLY added to my bond account.
