No payment made! Received letter from R.Ngcobo Dental Assessor 11/2/13 acknowledge receipt of orthodontic report there are R9200 available per year (2012&2013 = 18400.00) No payment! The Orthodontist wants to hand me over for account outstanding since Oct/12 Phoned again spoke to Rolene Ref 171578995 - 12/3/13 confirm again that the payment would be done immediately and I must give the acc department the refno, which I did Today received account again only 1 payment made for R700 on 25/3/13 What about the current outstanding amount of R7525.00? I don't have this kind of money to pay in. They confirm that everything will be paid - otherwise I wouldn't have done this treatment. Is this the service we receiving after paying a premium of R9403.00 per month? THIS IS NOW URGENT!
