Please provide Paid UP letter and return my funds

I have made numerous calls and sent numerous e-mails to your offices for assistance

I have paid up the account, yet have not received the paid up letter
I have also tried desperately to get assistance so that my salary is not debited... needless to say my salary was again debited
I have now sent 2 e-mails for a reimbursement and... no reply

Please provide the paid up letter, update ITC, stop the deductions from my salary and return the funds you owe.
