Appalled with their lack of service

I received a settlement amount from them on the 20th June. The amount was paid in full on the 25th June and proof of this was sent to them. Numerous request were sent to them to supply me with a paid up letter as well as a stop letter for the garnishee order which they have put on my salary. Not sure what exactly they do with the money received as my FNB account still reflects overdrawn and the garnishee order remains in place, so now they owe me money! How pathetic!!
