As I work for an overseas company, my salary is paid in US Dollars. Thus it needs to go through forex and then get paid over to my account. On the 18th of December my salary was suppose to be paid over into my account. I have already send various email asking them to please rush this as I need the funds urgently. After various emails my wife received a call from Anston Aschendorff at Forex asking how could he assist with our queries... My wife explained to him that I have emailed them asking to release the money various times!! He said that there was no standing instruction from myself asking to release the money. This is absolutely FALSE! as Standardbank Brooklyn have send the instructions to release my SALARY and declared that the funds were indeed my SALARY!!! I have the mails to prove this. Standardbanks blunder has now left my family in a financial predicament. This is the worst service ever!!! As soon as I'm back, I going to look into changing banks. I would rather go through all the rigmaroles as to sit with this kind of service!!! Prestige client my!!! I'm discussed in Standardbank!!
