I've been struggling to get a paid up letter for one of my accounts that was handed over. For 3 months now I have been trying to obtain this paid up letter for my Woolworths account, with no luck. E-mails were forwarded to [Email Removed] numerous times, I have made contact with the customer care on the direct line provided 011 560 4735 and every time the feedback will be "We have logged your request, you will get the paid up letter today" but still no paid up letter.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE!!! I would like somebody respond to my request.
When the account still had an outstanding balance, I received letters forwarded via e-mail, via post and telephonically to remind me that there is still an outstanding balance almost every week. NOW!! I requested the paid up letter, they ignore me with NO reply at all.
