Garnish on account paid

Hi,

I have a querry against SaMultiloan. I had a loan with them in 2010. In 2011 I went under debt review, I kept paying them until their amount was paid up. In november last year they sent me a letter confirming that the amount was paid in full.

I then picked up that they sent a garnish against me at work and deducting R900.00 every month on my salary. When I contacted Coombe and Associates now (Flemix .) they advised that there is nothing they can do even if I send them a paid up letter from Esperato. When I contact Esperato they tell me I need to contact Flemix.
The problem is that I am double paying, Flemix and Esperato as I did not stop the payments to Esperato via the debt review distribution until the querry was sorted, and I would them get my refund.

Esperato says they are working on the matter whenever I contact them. I need assistance in stopping this garnish and sorting the judgemnet issue. Flemix says I owe about R15 000, . They have thus far deducted about R 5400.00 from my salary.

The problem is that the more delay in sorting this qauerry, the more I loose. Please assist I am so dissapointed at how they have handled this urgent matter.
