My name is Sikhumbuzo Khumalo. My account (Real People) was handed over to Flemix & Associates by DMC a few years ago. I settled the account on the 31st of May 2013 by paying the settlement amount. I have been requesting a paid up letter from 3rd of June & all they say is pmt hasnt been allocated. How long can this take? This is unacceptable. The garnishee on my salary still reflects as if it will run on my next payrun and i want this sorted out so this amount is not deducted from June salary because i dont want to be now requesting a refund of my money from Flemix next month.
