My Vodacom cellphone contract was upgraded without me knowing about it. A new subscription fee was double what I paid Vodacom the first two years. I reported the matter to Vodacom upon which they assigned a person to investigate the case. This went on for quite some time. I then voiced my concern on Hello Peter, that's when things started happening. I am happy to report that all monies due to me where refunded and my contract cancelled as requested. I would like to thank these two for their services; Sindy Jentile and Ragmah Stevens. Although I should say: Do not wait on people to report the matter to third parties before you really start paying attention. Vodacom is a great company; your proactive-ness can only make it a much more greater one. Thank you.
