On the 13th of June i logged a complaint out of Frustration against Real People for debiting my account without my concerned.
Stephen Khumalo responded within the same day, contacted me and handled the matter very well. i provided all that was needed to provide.
Expecting a response no later than a week or longer on the 18th June 2013 Stephen Advised that i was a victim of Identity and my case was resolved and waiting for the Finance department to finalise the matter.
And today all the money taken from me was indeed refunded to my account and i am still awaiting for a formal apology from he company.
But in conclusion i am very happy about the Total Customer Care and ethics the company has on resolving complains.
