When I phoned Dischem Nicolway to make an appointment to see Sister Retha Jooste, she was very friendly and helpful over the phone.

When I arrived for my appointment, I received the same level of friendliness. She is very helpful, enthusiastic about the work. She made me feel very comfortable from the start. She answered all of my questions and was very helpful.
